What is Bishopsgate School like?

Bishopsgate is a co-educational prep school for children from 3-13. It was founded in 1997 when two schools merged and occupies a large 20-acre estate close to Windsor Great Park. The school provides children with a strong academic base that enables them to progress to a range of top senior schools, whilst also offering excellent facilities for a wide range of sports and extra-curricular activities. Bishopsgate encourages children to find out what they are good at and supporting them to achieve highly and develop their talents. The school belongs to the Prep School Baccalaureate programme which informs the school’s ethos and delivery of the curriculum.

The school has recently invested in a new Performing Arts Studio as well as a Design and Technology suite and in 2013 completed a four-lane, 25-metre swimming pool.

Children progress to a wide range of senior schools in line with their individual needs, including the top academic schools such as Eton, Harrow, Wellington and Charterhouse.
