Cavendish School
The Cavendish School is a non-selective school in Camden for girls from 3-11. It was founded as a Roman Catholic school in 1885 and accepts children of all faiths and none. Girls come from a range of backgrounds, including a large proportion from overseas making for a diverse student body. The school provides an outstanding education for girls in a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere which allows each child to develop her own potential. The school has modern. bright classrooms and a 200-seat auditorium. Praise, encouragement and reward are at the heart of developing confidence in each individual pupil. This allows children to realise their full emotional, social, academic, physical and creative potential.
Despite the broad ability intake, girls do extremely well academically and progress to top London senior schools.
