Originally a boys’ boarding school established in 1887 in Hampshire, the school has undergone a number of changes of location, name and mergers, including the recent adoption by the Brighton College Family of Schools. The school motto; Be Trewe as well as the name of the four houses remain and it has been at Handcross Park since the late 1960s.

Set in 50 acres of land, the main body of the school is a mixture of Tudor and Elizabethan architecture and has some excellent facilities including an indoor pool, sports hall, stand alone Music school, a forest school, 6 hole golf course and an organic garden complete with chickens!
